The First President of the Foundation will be Mohammad Helal Uddin for the period of 5 years from the date of incorporation of the Foundation. The President of the Foundation shall preside over the meeting of both the Governing Council and Executive Committee. The President will call the Meeting of the GC and EC as per rules and the secretary will issue the notice of all such meetings.
